Worship is receiving from a giving God. Jesus tells us, "For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many." Mark 10:45. In Baptism, hearing the Word of God, receiving the Lord's supper, and in the Christ-centered music, God comes to us with the gifts of forgiveness, life, and salvation. Come and receive.
Christian stewardship is the free and joyous activity of God’s family — the church — in managing life’s resources for His purposes. Our gifts are more than simply financial contributions. Consider a gift of your time in volunteering, a gift of prayer and praise for fellow Christians, and if you are able a gift of financial blessing to help provide for and grow Christ's church.
